Same 12-truck fleet from my company driver post — we're adding 2 owner-operators on the dry van side because our shipper volume outgrew our trucks.
The deal:
• 75% of gross, settlements every Friday, full rate transparency — you see what the load pays, not what's left after "fees"
• No forced dispatch. I offer, you decide. Turn down 10 loads in a row and we'll have a conversation, but it'll be a conversation
• Midwest regional lanes (IL/WI/IN/OH/MO), same freight our company trucks run
• No touch, 90%+ drop & hook
• Company trailers provided, or bring your own and the split reflects it
• Plates program, IFTA filed for you, ELD provided, fuel card with real discounts (I'll show you last month's average)
• No escrow games — we hold nothing you didn't agree to in writing
What I need: truck 2016 or newer that passes our shop inspection, CDL-A with 2+ years, insurance-friendly MVR.
