I'll be straight with you: I've got 6 months, not 6 years. But here's what those 6 months look like:

• CDL-A, OTR dry van with a mid-size carrier, 48 states minus the Northeast
• Zero accidents, zero tickets, zero late deliveries (one close call with a blizzard in Wyoming — I shut down instead of pushing, and I'd do it again)
• Passed my 6-month safety review first try
• Comfortable backing into tight docks now — took me 4 months to say that honestly

What I'm looking for:
• Regional out of Columbus OH, home weekly-ish
• Dry van or reefer, automatics
• A dispatcher who talks to me like a person

I read everything, I ask questions when I don't know, and I show up early. My trainer said I'm the only student who ever took notes. I'm not the fastest driver on your board yet — I'm the one who won't cost you an insurance claim.
