Small fleet out of Chicago (12 trucks) looking for 2 solo company drivers. I'm the dispatcher, not a recruiter — what I write here is what you actually get, because I'm the one who hears about it if it's not.

The job:
• Regional dry van: IL / WI / IN / OH / MO, 2,200–2,600 mi/week
• $0.62–$0.68 CPM by experience, paid weekly, direct deposit
• Home every weekend, out Sunday night or Monday — your pick
• 90%+ drop & hook, no-touch
• Detention after 2 hrs at $20/hr — I bill it, you get it

The trucks: 2019–2022 Cascadias, automatics, APUs, fridges, inverters. Assigned truck, maintenance at our shop, not "when we get to it".

What I need: CDL-A, 2+ years verifiable. Clean-ish MVR — one ticket won't scare me, a pattern will. Show up when you say you will — that's 90% of it.
